Contact us and join a free tryout practice, no experience, no equipment, and no age restriction. We practice baseball year-round, and new players of all levels are always welcome.

In the 2026 season, the club has four teams competing in two leagues: Espoo Expos and XL5 Lintuvaara in the Superbaseball League, and Espoon Betoni and Espoon Teräs in the Fat Lizard League. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced player, there is a team that matches your level and ambitions.
What to expect at a tryout
Come as you are, all baseball equipment is provided, and you will join a regular practice session alongside current members. A typical practice lasts about two hours and includes warm-up, fielding drills, and batting practice. Tryouts are completely free with no commitment.
Where and when we practice
Until April, we practice on late Sunday evenings at the indoor football hall in Laaksolahti, Espoo. From April onward, regular practices move outdoors to the artificial turf field in Kilo, Espoo, with sessions on weekday evenings. Official home games are primarily held at Myllypuro baseball field in Helsinki, with away games across the country.
